Community Engagement Coordination ("Mycelium Network")
Alanna’ s team will work with you to building a comprehensive community engagement plan or strategy that includes:
Processes to identify potential partners, stakeholders, and target communities; Developing and coordinating communications with stakeholders;
Creating and managing outreach initiatives and promotional efforts via in-person events (SEE EVENTS COORDINATION SERVICES) and digital campaigns (SEE MARKETING/PROMOTION CAMPAIGN SERVICES);
Building and managing digital registration pages; and
Creating evaluation systems for participant feedback.
